Colourpop She Palette
This palette has been a standout palette for me this month. I love the rose and mauve colors. It's very different from alot of my newer palettes that lean more red and orange. The metallics are beautiful and the mattes blend effortlessly on my skin. I think I will continue to pull this palette out in the fall. I do have a full review, that can be found here.
Quo Contour Craze
I've had this Quo palette for awhile. I pulled it out of my collection and I've been loving it. I mix both shades together and bronze my face and it looks really nice on my skin. I struggle with finding a bronzer that doesn't look muddy or too orange on my skin. I was pleasantly surprised and learned that shopping your stash can find some hidden gems. This palette comes from Shoppers Drug Mart and was limited edition.
Smashbox Pearl Palette
This pearl palette was in collaboration with Casey Holmes and it continues to be a "go to" highlight palette for me. I love the shades individually or all together. I tend to stick to the two lighter shades: "Turn it on" and "Light it Up"- mixed together they are beautiful.
LA Girl Pro Coverage HD Foundation
If I'm looking for a full coverage, flawless base. I choose this foundation. I do mix it with a white foundation because it's a bit too dark and too yellow for me. I have it in fair, and porcelain might suite me better. This foundation stays on all day, and looks great overall. I will have a full review tomorrow.
Essence Volume Stylist Curl & Hold Mascara
I found some great mascara's while testing out Essence, and this is one of them. It doesn't flake or smudge and gives me good coverage and length. I have pretty short, thin lashes. Mascara's don't usually blow me away and I've tried alot. I do prefer to just put on fake lashes when I want volume and length but if I don't have the time to apply them this is a good mascara.
Tarte Paarty Girl Blush and Essence Satin Love Blush
Both of these blushes are favorites of mine. They are both nude blushes that go with every look. I love these blushes on my skin and continually find myself pulling them out of my drawers and using them. They are very easy to apply, hard to "over do it." Both are equally amazing.
The contour palette looks gorgeous and those colourpop shades are perfect for fall!

Since they're affordable, I haven't been hit with a high customs bill.
DeleteI also have to mix the Pro HD foundation with something lighter, I wish they would expand the shade range as the formula is so beautiful! I didn't want the Yes Please palette but the She palette is really drawing me in x

Expanding the shade range would be great. I was hoping Porcelain would be more neutral.
DeleteOff topic: I like your blog..it's different from mines (obviously lol) and has everything make-up worthy. But I always learn something about a new brand. Idk if I'll add a make-up section bc it seems daunting to me...while I'm sure its easy for you. lol. Anyway. Good review!
