| Boxy Charm September 2017 Standout Products |
The first product that I was surprised to see was the Pur Cosmetics Soiree Diaries eyeshadow palette. I already owned this palette and was very familiar with it. Both the matte and shimmer shades work really well and this is a great palette. The Soiree Diaries palette has every thing that I need to complete a look. I have a complete review here.
We also received a loose luminous blush from Studio Makeup. I was a little hesitate to try this out because I'm fair skinned and too much blush can be hard to fix. The blush comes with a nice sifter that closes which is good for travelling or storing the product. The blush is very nice, and despite it being a loose powder it's not too pigmented and hard to wear. I've found myself pulling this one out quite a bit.
A Mac Cosmetics brow pencil was included in the box. I've never tried a Mac brow pencil before and was excited to try it. I thought it was very good, and not too creamy. It has a very precise tip which I really like. If you're familiar with the Maybelline Brow Precise, it's pretty similar. The only downside to this brow pencil was that it has no spoolie. It's not a huge issue for me, but I would have liked a spoolie. I do think I would repurchase this pencil.
The last standout item for me was the Briogeo Deep Conditioning Hair Mask and boy did I enjoy this. I have long, thick, colour treated hair and this made my hair feel silky smooth. It also reduced my frizz and made my hair feel healthy. I will have to repurchase this at some point as well. It was the first hair mask, I've tried. Maybe I need to try some other brands as well, because I really enjoyed using it.

I am glad that I managed to subscribe in time to get September box! I love the Mac pencil and hair mask so much that I bought back ups through the beauty FB groups that I am in. I haven't tried the eyeshadow palette and blush though but the reviews have been amazing for both.

I also like having a spoolie but I have an extra so it doesn't bother too much. I've not doen Boxy Charm yet, but it seems to have some lovely goodies to use. /Madison

I'm not really a fan of Tarte's eyeshadows but these sound like they're a better formula than their usual. It looks like a great neutral palette - and such beautiful packaging!
