June Favorites (Bebella, Morphe, Pixi, NYC, Essence, Joe Fresh, Physicians Formula)

For the month of June, I've been wanting dewy skin and pink/purple eyeshadow looks. I normally go for a neutral look which I could still achieve with these palettes. Here are the products that I've been using over and over. One of my favorite palettes that I continually go back to is the Bebella 35C palette. This palette reminds me of the original Jaclyn Hill Morphe Favorites palette, which I do not own. This palette has one extra row but it looks so similar. The 35C palette blends beautifully and has great neutrals and pops of color. This palette really stands out in my collection. I have also been using the Morphe 15H quite often, I love the tones in this palette. It's really unique and fun for summer. The neutrals are also great when I want a quick look.
For face, I've been trying different primers, but I've been enjoying mixing my Physicians Formula Health Foundation with my Joe Fresh Daily Boost Fluid Foundation. I don't like the Joe Fresh one on its own, but I do like it mixed with The Healthy Foundation. I feel like I get a nice coverage, and a healthy glow. One top of that I've been using the Pixi Glow Mist spray which is really nice. I've heard so much about the Tatcha mist, but I wanted to try something more affordable. You have to shake up this product because the oil that will sit at the top. It gives me a glow but I don't look or feel greasy. The Pixi facial mists have a nice spray and I would buy this again.
My bronzer has been the NYC Sun n Bronze bronzer. It's not matte but not too shimmery, it's nice and radiant. I'm very fair skinned and I feel like I can't go wrong with this bronzer. I can built it up without it looking muddy on my skin. If you have a medium or deeper skin tone, this won't work for you. I found the Pixi + Aspyn Novard in London Luster highlighter and I have not been able to put it down! That has to be my favorite find recently. This highlighter is perfect for my fair skin. It's vibrant, and gives me such a beautiful highlight. It remind me of the Smashbox Pearl highlighter but more vibrant. I did pick up a new mascara this month, the Essence False Lash mascara and it's really nice. It separates my lashes and gives me length. It does give some volume, but not much. On my lips, I keep it neutral. I like something that will fade nicely and if I don't touch it up, I'm still okay. This Long Lasting Essence lipstick in 07 is really comfortable and feels like a lip balm. I don't think it's very long lasting but it wears away nicely.
Have you tried any of these? I think I will keep some of these in my summer rotation because I really enjoyed using them.

I need to buy that PF foundation, actually I really need to revisit the drugstore brands again. I haven't been wearing a lot of foundation this Summer instead I have been wearing lots of BB creams.

The PF foundation sounds great. I wish it came in my color.
ReplyDeleteI've been wearing a lot of pinks and purples lately too. They're such fun shades to work with. Also, pretty sure I'm one of the only people who have yet to try the Pixi Glow Mist. It sounds lovely though!
ReplyDeleteThe Pixi mist sounds great!
