Morphe 35V Stunning Vibes (Review and Swatches)

Morphe 35V Stunning Vibes (Review and Swatches)

It's been a few months since I picked up a Morphe palette. The last palettes I purchased from Morphe was from their holiday collection. The blues and purples of this palette really drew me in, this palette was exclusively sold at Ulta and due to customs and exchange, I didn't purchase it. When Sephora Canada released it, I was able to pick it up in store.

The Morphe 35 pan palette are some of my favourites because I like having a lot of mattes and I like having a big selection. These palettes don't overwhelm me which I've heard others comment about. When looking at smaller palettes at times I pull in another palette because I need a mid-tone shadow. I like to go from a light matte, a medium matte and then a darker matte when creating looks. I like to build my colour slowly. The 35V has a nice selection of neutrals, berries and blues. I also like the range of colours. I had no issues with blending or pigmentation with the mattes. It also swatched very well. Morphe shimmers are stunning and this palette did not let me down. I think it's also a great palette to take travelling because you have such a wide variety of shades.

I've seen this palette compared to the 15S Social Butterfly palette, and I have a picture of them side by side. It's similar but not exact. The 15S is also a great palette, I couldn't put it down during the holiday season. The 35V is housed in the black plastic packaging, and there is no mirror.

  3. Now this is what I call color ! WOW .
I usually tend to shy away from very intense hues, i think it has to do with my blending skills being so blah.

    1. You can wear neutral in the crease and color on the lid. I found some great images on Pinterest that helped make colour more wearable.
