My Boxycharm box arrived and I always feel like a kid receiving a surprise bag. June offered an upgrade luxe box and I decided to opt in. As a Canadian subscriber, I really do feel like this is a great way to try products for a great price. I paid about 80$ for the entire box, shipping included and the total value is worth much more. I will break it down as I explain what I received. This month Boxycharm sent out a form that you can customize a few details to add on your wishlist, I remember asking for the Tarte Blush palette over the eyeshadow palette but I don't remember what other customization were offered. It was sent out at the beginning of May.  I did see some spoilers around social media, but you never know exactly what's in your box until you open it, since there's a lot of variations to the box.

Let's get into the box:


Tarte | Tarteist Pro GLow Cheek Palette V3 (MSPR 45$)

This palette was much prettier than I expected and the shades will work really for me. I'm not sure if this is a new version, but I don't remember seeing this palette at Sephora. The one I remember seeing was much more vibrant and dark. The front packaging also had flowers and this doesn't. I like this palette much better.

Touch In Sol | No Poreblem Prime Essence (MSPR 23$)

This is a prime essence, which is new to me. It claims to tighten your pores and keep your skin silky soft. I've heard of their other primer, but this will be the first time I'm trying this brand.

Dominique Cosmetics | Lemonade Lipgloss (MSPR 17$)

I love lipgloss and I was really excited to see this in the box. Dominique Cosmetics is on my wishlist to try. The eyeshadow palettes look so pretty but I haven't purchased one yet. My lipgloss was the Strawberry Lemonade shade.

PYT | Mini Turbo On-The-Go Dryer (MSPR 85$) Coral

When I saw this as a spoiler I was really hoping to get the coral shade, and I was so happy to see that's what I got. This little dryer seems to be very well made, and it has a diffuser and a nozzle. I'll be taking this on my vacation and really testing this out.

Dr.Brandt | Clean Biotic PH-Balanced Yogurt Cleanser with Chlorophyll (MSPR 35$)

I love receiving skincare in a subscription box. I'm not someone who goes out looking for skincare, it intimidates me a bit but through these boxes, I get to learn and test out products and not have to pay full price. It claims to keep skin hydrated and melt away the makeup which sounds good to me.

Farmacy | Honeymoon Glow AHA Resurfacing Night Serum (MSPR 58$)

Again, another skincare product that I'm excited to try out. I've read a lot of positive reviews when it comes to the brand and I do enjoy serums. I've been curious about their makeup remover cleansing balm. The box does say this product was exclusive to Boxycharm.

Living Proof | Full Dry Volume Blast (MSPR 29$)

This spray is supposed to create volume and texture and had UV protection. I've never tried this brand but I've heard that this is a great product. I have long hair, and I'd like to really give this a try.

Trestique | Good Vibes Mascara (MSPR 25$)

This mascara has impressive packaging, it includes a lash curler tool and mascara. I have no idea how it works, but I'm excited to give it a try.

Skin & Co | Truffle Therapy Radiant Dew Mist (MSPR 35$)

Dew + Mist= Sign me up! I was really hoping this would be in my box and it was. I love face mists and I love dewy looks so this sounds perfect for me. I'll give it a try and let you know what I think.

Overall thoughts: I was really impressed with this box. Totally up this box was 352 US dollars, in Canadian that's a value of 467$ and I paid 80 dollars Canadian. As a Canadian, I would most likely be paying shipping fees if I bought these items separately. I really enjoy Boxycharm and my first Luxe box was a hit. As a blogger, I also love that I can review items that wouldn't necessarily be something that I would go out and buy. It helps to add variety to my posts.
