My January Boxycharm arrived, and I'm excited to share my box with you. Boxycharm is a monthly subscription box, and they do ship to Canada. They have different levels of boxes, and I'm subscribed to the base box. As a Canadian, I pay 5 dollars extra for shipping, and it comes to 30$ US per month. I like the variety of items I receive, the value of each box and I'm able to try brands that I normally wouldn't try. This month I'm mostly excited to try the Ciate London Velvet Eyeshadow palette. This month's theme for the box was Fresh Start. Let's get into what was in my box. 

Ciate London Velvet Eyeshadow Palette Value 30$ 

I believe the eyeshadow palettes sent out this month was either this palette of a Violet Voss palette called  Olive You Forever. I preferred the shade selection in the Ciate palette, but I know I do enjoy Violet Voss's formula. So, I was okay with receiving either palette. The Ciate London palette is a new launch for the brand and I'm excited to try it. I've never tried their eyeshadow palettes. I think I've only tried a lip product from them. We do have 

Farmacy Deep Sweep 2% BHA Pore Cleaning Toner Value 28$

I've tried Farmacy products before but I haven't tried this toner. I'm not that familiar with skincare so I will need to see if this is something I could benefit from since I do have normal to dry skin. It does say ideal for combination, oily or acne-prone skin so I'm not sure if this is something I will try out. I did see some boxes received the Farmacy Daily Moisturizer which I think I would have preferred to receive. 

Laura Geller Hi-Def Glow Illuminating Duo Value 33$

This was my choice selection for this month. It is a highlighter duo but does seem a bit too dark for my fair skin. I'll still find a way to use it though. There is a softer highlight which I think I can make work and a deeper shade that has more sparkle. Again, this is a brand I've never tried before so I'm happy to have this. 

Dr.Brant Do Not Age with Dr. Brandt Triple Peptide Eye Cream Value 82$

This I was very excited to try. I do have dark circles and I like to try different eye creams. I've used this a few times and like the texture of the cream. I will get a lot of use out of this since it is a full-size product, so I will probably do a full review on this. 

Bali Balm Sweet Orange and Coconut Lip Balm Value 33$

I love lip balms, lip masks, and lip glosses. I'm not a big lipstick fan and these products I do get a lot of use out of. The smell of this one is very pleasant, very nice on the lips. I'll be checking out this brand to see what else they have to offer. 33$ is a lot for a lip balm but I do really like this one.
